I have liked watching rodeo events on tv since I was a little kid. In fact, you could easily say there was not a bad seat in the house the arena floor has more of a paperclip footprint vs being completely round.
The arena is well lit, the seats are very comfortable and concessions and bathrooms are just a few feet away from your seat. We were there for the Thursday night eliminations of the 5 day event with the champions being crowned on Saturday night. We also learned that 3 weeks ago the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) event was also there. This is a full fledge, sanctioned event featuring the best Indian cowboys and cowgirls from tribes throughout the United States and Canada. YES, THIS IS THE REAL DEAL! We were staying at the South Point Hotel and Casino when we first heard about the Indian National Finals Rodeo at the South Point Arena.
